Peter Wislocki’s team was invited by leading international developer Apsys to take part in a limited competition for the retail-anchored mixed-use urban regeneration of an island site in the historic centre of Wrocław in south west Poland.

Architectural solutions that deliver

Peter’s team proposed a development which was integrated with the fabric and transportation and circulation patterns of the wider city, incorporating a museum and public open spaces, and a new footbridge over the river, as well as a covered urban street and more conventional retail mall elements.
