Having established a joint venture with a local architectural practice in Warsaw, Peter Wislocki’s role was to secure a place on a shortlist of leading office architects, and to coordinate, inspire and monitor the work of the design team.

Architectural solutions that deliver

Peter’s team won the competition with a design which maximised the value of the highly constrained city centre site, producing a headquarter office building which was delivered in collaboration with engineers Buro Happold on time and within budget, exceeding the client’s commercial targets and winning a number of national and international awards including the Construction Industry Journal’s prize for Central European Office Building of the Year.
