Mirosław Leśnik played a key role in managing the multi-sector design team of the Polish subsidiary of AukettFitzroyRobinson. The project was located in a prestigious location in the center of Łódź and its character reflected the historical and cultural traditions of the place. Due to its surroundings, the location is under conservation protection.
